What it does

Open your customer's ID PDF and the app prepares the front + back of the card at exact PVC size (54×85 mm) — ready to save, print, or send to your PVC printer app. No drawing boxes by hand.

Step 1 — Open the ID PDF

1

Open the ID tab and add PDFs

Click Open PDF and select up to 10 ID PDFs. If a file is password-protected, enter the password when asked.

2

Check the detected card type

The card type (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID…) is detected automatically and shown at the top. If it looks wrong, pick the correct type from the dropdown — the crops adjust instantly.

Step 2 — Check front & back previews

The front and back previews show exactly what will print. Use the mouse wheel or zoom buttons to inspect small text:

Step 3 — Fix a crop by hand (only if needed)

Most cards never need this. If a card layout isn't recognised, open Manual Crop:

1

Draw the box

Drag on the page to draw the front (or back) box. Zoom in and pan for pixel-accurate edges.

2

Apply and continue

Click Apply — the preview updates immediately and your box is remembered for that PDF.

Step 4 — Make the photo look good

If the portrait on the card looks dull or dark, use the Face Enhance slider:

Step 5 — Arrange on a paper sheet (optional)

Printing several cards together? Use the paper-sheet layout:

Step 6 — Save, export or print

Print quality setting

The quality (DPI) setting from 300 to 1200 controls sharpness. For daily shop PVC prints, the default is fine. Choose a higher value only when the original PDF is very sharp and you want maximum detail — it takes a little longer to render.
